Enter the doors of Advanced Technology Institute and you are sure to be greeted by a cheerful smile and a friendly greeting from one of the Administrative Support staff.  Savannah, Susan, and Janet are committed to providing exceptional customer service and have made it their goal to ensure the inquiries, needs and concerns of ATI’s customers are satisfied. From answering and routing telephone calls to offering a friendly distraction for a little one while his/her parent is completing paperwork, no job is too big or too small.

The responsibilities of the Administrative Support department are numerous, but one can be assured that this hardworking team will go the extra mile to make sure the various clerical tasks are completed with care and professionalism.

When asked what she liked most about working in the Admin Support department, Susan replied, “I like that the entire school can and does depend on the Admin department to help in any way we can.  We help keep the moral up, by assisting whenever and wherever we can. We try to keep the mood “light” and we work well together as a team.”

Savannah agrees, “Working for ATI over several years has been like working with my closest friends and family.  It’s really nice working in such a pleasant environment with some of the best people I’ve ever known. We all provide help and support for each other and because of that, ‘teamwork really does make the dream work’.”

Janet adds, “I am so proud to be associated with such a fabulous school and I love knowing that ATI and its employees are working hard to educate, train and help students enter into or strengthen a chosen career.”
