Tech Talk Tips
Oil is the lifeblood of your vehicle; it lubricates all of the internal parts of your engine, cools engine components, and removes engine wear particles and sludge. It also helps to lower emissions, improve gas mileage, and most of all, promote vehicle longevity.
Taking care of your car with routine oil changes at the factory required mileage will help to keep your engine clean and preserve your vehicle.
If you no longer have the owner’s manual, try looking up your vehicle online and you will be able to find needed information on how often you should have your oil changed.
Fortunately, oil changes are not that expensive, and the money will be well spent.
