ATI graduate Rebecca Krininger has been back to ATI several times since she graduated from the Automotive Technology program. But her past visits were to talk with ATI
students about how she started as a general service technician at Pep Boys. Rebecca completed ATI’s Automotive Technology with the Service Management program, and graduated in 2011.
She started her career with Pep Boys as a technician but was quickly promoted too Assistant Service Manager. Now Rebecca is a Retail Sales Specialist at Pep Boys’ Hampton location on Mercury Blvd., and she was promoted to the position after being with the company for four years. This puts Rebecca as second in command.
Rebecca said “The Service Management classes proved to be very useful when I moved into a management position. I use the skills of reading P/L statements and customer service skills that I learned in those classes.”
